It frustrates him even though it's none of his business. It's the same with our local restaurant, which is usually empty on a Friday night other than mum, Uncle Hugh & me. It's a good restaurant and on the odd occasions that the owner has bothered to drive round folks' houses with a few leaflets he's had no problems filling it. So why doesn't he advertise on a regular basis? Also, we live in a rather 'touristy' area, but all the local shops and restaurants shut for the main tourist season and go on holiday themselves.
